Privacy policy
This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Alina Zdorovtsova, sole trader operating as Aelin Alina Zdorovtsova, ul. Jana Kilińskiego 25/25, 90-205 Łódź, Poland, registered in CEIDG, NIP 7282871317, REGON 524721490 (the Aelin salon). Contact: kontakt@aelin.pl, phone +48 797 064 998.
2. What data we process and why
- Visiting the website. The website has no forms and uses no cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. The hosting server automatically records the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information in technical logs — to keep the website secure and working properly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider, no longer than 12 months.
- Contact by e-mail or phone. If you write or call us, we process your data (e.g. name, phone number, e-mail address, message content) to reply and handle your matter (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or (b) where it concerns a contract). We keep the data until the matter is closed and then for the limitation period of any claims. Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it.
- Bookings. Online bookings are made on Booksy. Booksy is responsible for processing data on its platform under its own privacy policy; appointment data shared with the salon is processed to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Recruitment. Candidate data processing is described in the notice on praca.aelin.pl.
3. Recipients
Data may be shared only with our IT service providers (website and e-mail hosting) under data processing agreements. We do not sell data or transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
4. External links
The website links to Booksy, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. When you follow a link you go to an external service that processes data under its own rules. We do not embed maps, widgets or plugins from these services.
5. Our social media profiles
We run the salon's Instagram and Facebook profiles. If you follow, comment or message us, we process your data visible on these services (profile name, comments, messages) to run the profile and communicate with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For profile insights we are joint controllers with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Art. 26 GDPR); Meta's processing is described in its privacy policy. Profile data is kept while it remains visible on the service or until you object.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise your rights, write to kontakt@aelin.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).
7. Cookies and external resources
The website does not set cookies or use browser storage. Fonts, images and scripts are served only from our own server — the website does not connect to Google Fonts, ad networks or other third-party services. This is why we do not show a cookie consent banner.
8. Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions or profile users.
